Paul is in a deep discussion with the people of Corinth.

“Paul is in a deep discussion with the people of Corinth. There is trouble and Paul is far away from them and the only way he can reasonably communicate with the people in the Church is by letter – the one we have just begun.

He begins to ask questions about the functioning of the faithful people who have gathered in the name of the Lord. We see this in the beginning of Paul’s letter. He has asked himself, ‘What are the fruits of this Colossian congregation, and are they similar to other healthy churches?'” — Listen here, or download the MP3!
